$ for standard vehicles (there is no discount for vehicles over 20ft in length)
$ for each a passenger 14yrs of age or older (including the driver)

Participants will give this Group Customer Number to the Customer Service Representative when they call to make a reservation.
Discounted Group Reservations must be made in advance and are not available online or upon arrival.
The Call Center, 1-800-643-3779, is open daily from 8:00am to 4:00pm for reservations.
CMLF Group Booking Policy (It is the responsibility of the contact person to relay this information to all participants)
- A cancellation fee will be assessed for vehicle cancellations as per the CMLF published fare schedule ($6 cancellation fee per journey)
- Failure to appear for your reserved time will result in cancellation and a No-Show Fee per crossing
- All participants must reserve prior to the departure date.
- All customers MUST be checked-in 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure
- All adult group members must have photo identification during their travels with the CMLF
- Youth groups must have 1 chaperone for each 6 children.
- Discounted fares will only be honored on dates specified
dewey beach dog license policy
According to the Town of Dewey Beach website, “All dogs in Dewey Beach must have a town license. You may purchase a license online, in person at Town Hall, or from the automated kiosk outside of the Town Hall building."

- We have 3 new hotels this year: Hyatt House (Lewes,) Coast Rehoboth (Downtown), and Bay Resort (Dewey). Check out their websites.
- Many hotels have cut off dates, check for one from your hotel. Also checkout payment due dates.
- Most hotels have a minimum stay of two nights to get the special rate.
- Tell them your reservation is under Greyhounds Reach the Beach.
- Booking reservations are done by calling the hotel directly or using the provided booking link. If you have a problem, call the hotel
- If you like your hotel, ask if you can make an early reservation for next year. You might get a discount!
